Purchases
If you wish to purchase our product or service made available through the Website , Application you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on an annual recurring basis. Or the type of service you have opted.
Content and User access
Our Service allows you to store and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics or other materials. We are not responsible for any sort of multimedia contents lost. Users are notified here by not to
- Do not share the login credentials with anyone, not to copy data and represent in any form on any medium, the download transcripts are properatory by nature and punishable if found being shared without proper channels of permissions
- Multiple use of the credentials and devices there by breaching the terms is punishable offense.
- Reproducing the data available on the portal in any format is not allowed. Such cases arising to the notice shall involve legal actions

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Any Subscribed user who wishes to cancel admission and wishes to apply for a refund has to consider the refund policy defined by ARSCCOM.
For LMS:
90% shall refunded any time before 72 hrs of the starting date of the course.
50% shall be refunded on the paid up amount if cancelled within 72 hrs of Course start date.
25% shall be refunded on the paid up amount if cancelled after the course start date.
NO REFUND AFTER THE COURSE START DATE.
